SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for documenting quality control activities in a manufacturing production process when a process failure has been given a disposition

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Drafts and manages the quality control documentation, instructions, and forms pertaining to the assigned customer scope
• Extracts product and process information from databases and compiles reports as requested
• Monitors supplier compliance with manufacturing practices
• Maintains communication with other departments
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of quality records as needed
• Completes required training classes
• Adheres to quality compliance requirements, customer’s internal policies and procedures

Account Manager
Executes sales strategy, initiates contact with manufacturing customers; identifies needs and opportunities for inspection projects in a defined geographic territory; leads negotiations and coordinates complex decision-making process; maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business and provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management This is an outside sales role that covers the San Antonio / Austin area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Initiates contact with manufacturing customers and develops relationships to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunity
- Identifies needs and opportunities for inspection projects in a defined geographic territory; develops and implements new market strategies
- Identifies manufacturers and parts suppliers; calls on prospective customers, determines needs and develops long-term customer relationships
- Develops and delivers presentations; communicates company’s value to customer
- Follows up with customers to ensure service issues are identified, understood and solved
- Interacts with Internal Account Manager on strategy specific to new business development
- Interacts with other sales team members to share leads, customer knowledge, and projects that cover multiple territories
- Works directly with operations team to review weekly sales plan that includes current business and new business development
- Leads negotiations specific to pricing, adjustments, and disputes that arise with customers
- Maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business
- Provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management with the use of Salesforce.com

The Project Manager Serves as a key leader, this position has responsibilities for the Operation and Logistical management of the defined area.
Accountable for the quality of our projects and productivity o our teams throughout the assigned regions.
Your responsibility is for the quality system planning and performance of a section in body manufacturing, paint, or general assembly. The position utilizes the combined skills of data analysis, manufacturing process knowledge, automotive quality tools, and 8D problem solving to support and improve the team's quality performance. The intent of this position is to ultimately transition into the Quality Assurance Engineering role with full responsibility for the quality performance of a section within the plant.
- Participate in APQP process related to responsible area
- Support manufacturing team equipment and process capability analysis
- Assist in developing product and process validation/inspection plans
- Assist in delivering quality tool training on various topics
- Identify and contain suspect material - assist supplier quality functions
- Own 8D/RCCA resolution for internal quality issues
- Participate in utilizing metrology equipment to solve problems
- Assist in the analysis and improvement of quality performance
- Share responsibility for quality related continuous improvement projects
- Monitor, create, and provide quality performance data for KPI boards
- Perform 8D/PFMEA/Control plan review/update
- Utilize warranty and dealer quality input to improve processes
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving the quality culture within responsible area
- Potential business travel to support product /process development at company and supplier locations

Compensation: $47 an hour for an independent contractor

Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry
- Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
- Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Repair Operator refurbishes damaged pooled pallets (Block or Stringer) that weigh up to 55 Ibs using speed, accuracy and detail that meet company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to CHEP's quality criteria. Fast paced production environment that requires meeting and exceeding production quotas daily.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Complies with zero harm procedures and safe work practices
- Ensures daily inspection of tools, workstations and checklists are completed
- Inspect pallet visibility for compliance with criteria
- Removes damaged boards with crowbar, hammer and/or saw
- Cuts or hammers down bent or broken nails
- Production rejects at secondary inspection must be less than 10% of repaired volume
- Restocks building supplies at the end of shift
- Cleans personal pallet station during and at the end of shift
- Meets or exceeds daily production target
- Completes required training classes
- Adheres to quality compliance requirementsAll other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Account Manager
Executes sales strategy, initiates contact with manufacturing customers; identifies needs and opportunities for inspection projects in a defined geographic territory; leads negotiations and coordinates complex decision-making process; maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business and provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management This is an outside sales role that covers the entire state of Missouri
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Initiates contact with manufacturing customers and develops relationships to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunity
- Identifies needs and opportunities for inspection projects in a defined geographic territory; develops and implements new market strategies
- Identifies manufacturers and parts suppliers; calls on prospective customers, determines needs and develops long-term customer relationships
- Develops and delivers presentations; communicates company’s value to customer
- Follows up with customers to ensure service issues are identified, understood and solved
- Interacts with Internal Account Manager on strategy specific to new business development
- Interacts with other sales team members to share leads, customer knowledge, and projects that cover multiple territories
- Works directly with operations team to review weekly sales plan that includes current business and new business development
- Leads negotiations specific to pricing, adjustments, and disputes that arise with customers
- Maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business
- Provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management with the use of Salesforce.com
- Ensures and maintains compliance with quality requirements and ISO procedures
The Automation Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of various automation equipment. They play a key role in minimizing downtime and maintaining routine production activities. Additionally, the Automation Technician contributes to the continuous improvement of automation processes and analyzes the current state for optimization.
Pay: $35-$37/hour
- Set up and run development and validation tests (thermal, vibration, humidity, corrosion, electrical performance) on High Voltage Power Electronic
- Document test results and provide test reports.
- Support technical root cause and resolution of issues found during test
- Select and install instrumentation needed to collect response data from the test item during testing (accelerometers, strain gauges, pressure gauges, thermocouples, voltage sense leads, etc.)
- Utilize standard test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters and flowmeters with no direction.
- Fabricate special test equipment supporting development and validation testing.
- Support design and fabrication of simple mechanical fixtures, jigs, and harnesses.
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Compensation: $27 an hour for an independent contractor
In charge of operating a CMM to measure parts, prototypes, and check dimensions against blueprints.
Team member will need to be able to select / setup up fixtures, load / unload parts, check for conformances, and upload results to a database.
Compensation: $26 an hour for a 12 week contract role

Quality Inspectors perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data capture. Quality Inspectors work in partnership with our customers to contain and improve quality issues the most efficient way possible. Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry
- Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
- Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required
- Completes required training classes
- Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
Quality Inspector Job Qualifications & Skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

- Perform Dyne and Motor Lab maintenance, repair, test setups and operation.
- Support Dyne and Motor Lab engineers in identifying potential improvements of test methods, practices. Supports a team of engineers on continuous improvement of automotive motor designs and testing
- Design and fabricate Dyne and Motor mechanical fixtures and setups
- Installs, operates and maintains shop and laboratory test equipment and instrumentation
- Troubleshoot, root cause, document test data and report results from lab tests
- Procure necessary tools, equipment and components for Dyne Motor labs.
- Ability to utilize standard tools such as drill motors, soldering, calipers, grinder, and multimeters with no direction
- Ability to use instrumentation such as thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, accelerometers, pressure gauges, and flow meters
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet
- Maintains good housekeeping, safety practices and supplies
Compensation: $25 an hour for an independent contractor

Team Leader Job Summary
Team Leaders are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team
member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain
consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Team Leaders travel to
the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts
are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.
Team Leaders create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an
environment for employee growth. Team Leaders work together with their teams and customers
to solve problems.

Team Leader Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to
- standards and requirements, including safety.
- Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
- Manage customer relationships
- Serves as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable
- Inspects parts
- Leads work of other team members
- Ensures all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verifies that
- equipment is signed out
- Communicates with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements
- Completes required paperwork as needed for duration and completion of a project
- Completes required training classes
- Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned

- Flexibility and adaptability
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Detail orientated
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Quality Inspector Job Summary
Quality Inspectors perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data capture. Quality Inspectors work in partnership with our customers to contain and improve quality issues the most efficient way possible. Stratosphere Quality’s vision is to be the Leading Global Providerof Premium Inspection and Quality Assurance Services.

Quality Inspectors work in manufacturing plants, warehouses or other locations where our customers parts are being produced or stored. The location may vary day to day depending onthe needs of our customers.
