Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Travel Project Supervisor for our night shift operations. In this role, you’ll lead and support quality inspection teams at customer sites, ensuring smooth project launches, daily execution, and strong customer relationships. This position requires extensive travel throughout Tennessee and flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours.

As a Project Supervisor, you will drive team success, maintain operational excellence, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality inspection teams at various customer facilities.

• Ensure all team activities align with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.

• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on job-specific procedures.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and relationship management.

• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.

• Complete all required internal training and development courses.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Experience working directly with external customers in a B2B setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, self-driven attitude with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to travel regularly within Tennessee, often on short notice.

• Must be available to work night shifts (2nd and 3rd shift).

• Travel expenses, including mileage, are reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
