Summary: This role centers on comprehending customer needs, refining and integrating robot automation systems, enforcing quality assurance protocols, and delivering training and support to enhance operations at a robotics customer facility.

Qualification:
- Demonstrated experience in assembling products using basic tools and equipment, showcasing an ability to follow assembly instructions accurately and efficiently.

Robotic Assembly Quality Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Assembly Quality Technician to join our team at a nationwide distribution center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in comprehending customer needs, refining and integrating robot automation systems, enforcing quality assurance protocols, and delivering training and support to enhance operations. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for documenting quality control activities in a manufacturing production process when a process failure has been given a disposition
Level II:
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Measures parts daily for accuracy and with precise repeatability
• Drafts and manages the quality control documentation
• Operates hand held metrology instrumentation (mechanical and basic electrical) instruments without supervision
• Extracts product and process information from databases and compiles reports as requested
• Monitors supplier compliance with manufacturing practices
• Skilled in advanced blueprint reading with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) interpretation of bonus tolerances
• Performs basic and advanced component part layout (metrology) tactical functions
• Prepares and manages the turn key quality control documentation, instructions and forms pertaining to the assigned customer scope
• Trains and educates Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors on proper SQ and client procedures relevant to the project
• Writes work instructions and confirms team conformance to the job set up and communicates any criteria to the Customer Service and/or Training departments
• Maintains and manages customer relationships throughout each project
• Identifies and communicates any new business opportunities within assigned plant locations to the Marketing/Sales departments
• Reports, identifies, investigates and corrects any non-conformances to appropriate departments

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturing team
- Support the Build in Quality initiative by conducting final product inspections for the designated area
- Execute product and process validation / inspection plans - Identify and contain suspect defective material
- Have the potential to utilize advanced metrology equipment to control processes and identify defects
- Inspect, test or measure components, products and materials being produced.
- Initiate and participate in quality related continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects
- Develop, maintain, and improve the quality culture within responsible area

Summary of Responsibilites
We are seeking a Workshop Maintenance Technician to join our team in Palo, Alto, California. As a Workshop Maintenance Technician , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop environment by providing technical assistance, maintaining equipment, and supporting various projects.
This is a 6-month project, looking to start someone from May - November 2024 for 6 month contract on a 1099 contractor.

We are currently seeking a skilled manufacturing quality engineer that will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to building high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily quality assurance activities on an automotive plant assembly line and implementation of manufacturing principles, methods and tools. Additionally, you will be involved in audit activities, launch support primarily using APQP, AIAG Core Tools, process controls, research and processing.

Team Leader Job Summary
Team Leaders are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team
member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain
consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Team Leaders travel to
the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts
are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.
Team Leaders create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an
environment for employee growth. Team Leaders work together with their teams and customers
to solve problems.

Rate of pay: $20/hr, varied shifts, travel across the US with flight and hotel accommodation provided, paid weekly plus benefits. We are highly considering candidates who have experience in mechanical work, installation and fabrications.

Quality Inspectors perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data capture. Quality Inspectors work in partnership with our customers to contain and improve quality issues the most efficient way possible. Stratosphere Quality’s vision is to be the Leading Global Providerof Premium Inspection and Quality Assurance Services.

- Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry
- Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
- Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required
- Completes required training classes
- Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
