Project Supervisor

💰 Pay: $20 per hour
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

1st shift - 6:00am-20:30pm 

2nd shift - 2:30pm-10:00pm 

3rd shift - 10:00pm-6:00am 

Potential 12hr shifts rotating 

📍 Location: Travel to local customer manufacturing sites

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites

• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met

• Train and coach team members

• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships

• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup

• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience managing teams (5–15+ employees preferred)
• Customer-facing experience (VERY important)
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
• Willing to travel (if needed early on)
• Strong communication + problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Quality/inspection or automotive background
