⚡ Team Leader – Quality / Manufacturing | $18/hr | Travel Role

💰 Pay: $18.00 per hour
🕒 Shifts: Days & Afternoon (OT & Weekend support as needed)
📍 Travel: Manufacturing plants & warehouses

Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, oversee manufacturing projects, and gain exposure to multiple production processes with Stratosphere Quality!

Quick Job Highlights

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors and ensure safety and quality standards

• Travel to customer sites where parts are manufactured or stored

• Manage project setup, deliverables, and team member expectations

• Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable

• Develop work instructions and train team members for consistent performance

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to meet project goals

• Inspect parts and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Verify team members have proper tools, gauges, and equipment

• Communicate with customer contacts regarding job requirements

• Complete required paperwork, training, and follow company policies

• Support ongoing team training and project communication

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus

• Flexible and adaptable to varying manufacturing environments

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
