💼 What You’ll Do

✔ Set up and manage inspection projects
✔ Lead and support Quality Inspectors & Team Leaders
✔ Train team members on procedures and safety standards
✔ Build strong customer relationships
✔ Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met
✔ Provide coaching and performance feedback
✔ Complete reports and required documentation
✔ Step in for leadership when needed
✔ Travel to manufacturing plants & warehouses
✔ Perform inspections as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔ 2+ years leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Customer-service mindset
✔ Detail-oriented & organized
✔ Positive, adaptable attitude
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to travel on short notice
