Project Supervisor – Field Installation (Travel Role)

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a hands-on Project Supervisor based near Springfield, OH. This role combines team leadership with field installation work inside manufacturing facilities across Ohio and other states.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support teams inside manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Install tracking and hardware systems inside customer facilities
- Drill into concrete, mount brackets and secure equipment
- Assist with wiring and hardware placement
- Use power tools (hammer drills, impact drivers, hand tools)
- Work at heights (scissor lift certification provided)
- Communicate directly with customers onsite
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet and working alongside your team.
Travel & Schedule
- Based near Springfield, OH
- Travel throughout Ohio and other states as projects require
- Travel may occur several times per month
- Some projects may require overnight stays or extended assignments
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on customer needs
For overnight travel, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles and per-diem are provided.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Construction, installation, maintenance or electrical background preferred
- Comfortable using power tools in industrial settings
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
