Pay: $21 per hour
2nd Shift - OT and Weekends when needed
Project Supervisors lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing and warehouse sites. You’ll manage projects, support your team, maintain customer relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Oversee daily operations at assigned locations
• Ensure safety & quality standards are followed
• Develop work instructions and train team members
• Manage customer relationships and deliverables
• Provide coaching, leadership, and team development
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• B2B customer service experience
• Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to travel to customer sites, sometimes on short notice
