Stratosphere Quality is excited to host an in-person hiring event for our newest project in Belleville, Ontario. We are actively seeking FULL-TIME Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors who can work 12-hour shifts and are ready to join a fast-paced, growth-focused quality inspection team.

Pay rate: $18.35-$20.35 per hour

Team Leaders support day-to-day project operations by supervising teams, managing customer requirements, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing on-site leadership. This role involves training inspectors, completing documentation, and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading teams at assigned customer locations
Training and guiding Quality Inspectors
Communicating with customer contacts
Inspecting parts and overseeing workflow
Ensuring equipment is issued and used properly
Completing documentation for each project
Monitoring safety and quality requirements
Acting as interim Job Leader when needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Flexibility and adaptability
Strong attention to detail
Quality Inspectors perform visual inspections, sorting, measuring, and documentation to confirm product quality. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals seeking long-term full-time work.
