Stratosphere Quality is hosting a Job Fair to hire Associates for 1st and 2nd Shifts in the Lincoln, AL area.

We are seeking candidates with experience in sub-assembly, production, and quality work in the automotive industry.

Job Fair Details:
📅 September 7 & 8, 2025
🕙 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (attend one session only)
📍 Stratosphere Quality Office – 48041 US-78, Ste C, Lincoln, AL 35096

Shifts & Schedule:

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends)

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Perform sub-assembly, production, and quality inspection tasks in an automotive environment

• Follow work instructions and company policies to ensure product quality and safety

• Accurately document inspection and production results

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work as part of a team to meet customer requirements and project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sub-assembly, production, or quality preferred (automotive industry experience a plus)

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Must provide and wear steel toe shoes starting Day One

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours a day

• Reliable transportation to and from work
