💵 Pay:

• Inspectors: Starting at $17/hr

• Team Leaders: Starting at $19/hr

🕒 Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Inspector

• Perform sorting, inspection, production, and data entry

• Read and follow work instructions and safety rules

• Maintain clean, organized work area

• Use inspection, measuring, and test equipment

• Complete training and follow all company policies

Qualifications:

• Flexible and adaptable in changing environments

• Positive attitude, self-motivated

• Detail-oriented

Team Leader

• Supervise teams of inspectors and ensure quality & safety standards

• Set up projects and manage customer deliverables

• Develop work instructions and train team members

• Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable

• Inspect parts and verify equipment/tools

• Communicate with customers and complete required documentation

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience a plus

• Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented

• Positive attitude and self-motivated
