We’re looking for a self-motivated recent graduate ready to grow their career in business-to-business (B2B) sales. You’ll represent a respected quality assurance company that supports top manufacturers across the U.S., building relationships, solving problems, and developing professionally with every client visit.

As a Junior B2B Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in both growing our customer base and strengthening existing relationships by:
Visiting existing and potential client sites across Tennessee (~80% travel)
Initiating contact with manufacturing customers to generate leads and referrals
Supporting new market strategies and assisting in outreach campaigns
Collaborating with operations and sales teams on weekly action plans
Helping with client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals
Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
Learning industry knowledge in manufacturing quality and inspection services
Hybrid: Work from your home office when not visiting customers
Travel: Approx. 80% of your time will be spent visiting client sites throughout Tennessee
Flexible Location: You don’t need to live in Nashville—anywhere in Tennessee works as long as you can travel as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
6 months to 1 year of B2B experience (internship, co-op, or professional role)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a field-based sales role
Self-starter who is organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
55,000 - 65,000 Anual Base Pay + Commission
