We’re looking for a self-motivated recent graduate ready to grow their career in business-to-business (B2B) sales. You’ll represent a respected quality assurance company that supports top manufacturers across the U.S., building relationships, solving problems, and developing professionally with every client visit.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior B2B Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in both growing our customer base and strengthening existing relationships by:

  • Visiting existing and potential client sites across Tennessee (~80% travel)

  • Initiating contact with manufacturing customers to generate leads and referrals

  • Supporting new market strategies and assisting in outreach campaigns

  • Collaborating with operations and sales teams on weekly action plans

  • Helping with client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals

  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce

  • Learning industry knowledge in manufacturing quality and inspection services


Work Structure

  • Hybrid: Work from your home office when not visiting customers

  • Travel: Approx. 80% of your time will be spent visiting client sites throughout Tennessee

  • Flexible Location: You don’t need to live in Nashville—anywhere in Tennessee works as long as you can travel as needed


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 6 months to 1 year of B2B experience (internship, co-op, or professional role)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a field-based sales role

  • Self-starter who is organized, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
